Red Leopard Print

One from the vaults.

Backstory: dresscode for the party was animals, I didn't have a costume (I ended up wearing a dress with horses on it), but what I could do were my nails. I opted for leopard print.

Black & Studded

This is the mani I did for the end gala for Erasmus.
I really loved it, because a) it's black b) it's silver c) it matched my dress and jewelry.
(One of my quirks is that when I have silver nails, then my jewelry also has to be silver and if gold, then vice versa.)

I used:
Wild & Mild Black Cat
Classics Metallic Nail Lacquer #11
Born Pretty Store stamping plate m76
Born Pretty Store silver square studs

Paris is always a good idea

And this marks the beginning of my France-posts.
(You've been warned)

I lived in Rouen, Normandy, which was conveniently situated 1,5 hour train ride away from Paris. One Saturday in the end of September, my roommate and I decided to spend a day there. Though I've been to Paris before, it was about 10 years ago, so the memories weren't that crisp.

Thankfully it was a beautiful, sunny day. We wanted to see all the main attractions of Paris so we'd get an overview of the city for the next time when we come back.

So this is my first trip to Paris while living in France.

La Tour Eiffel
What's more Paris than Eiffel Tower?!
Musée du Louvre
Since we were there only a day, we didn't go inside the museum this time.
Jardin des Tuileries
Tuileries Garden near the Louvre Museum
Place de la Concorde
Arc de truiomphe de l'Étoile
Just like Louvre, we didn't go inside the Arc de Triomphe this time
La Seine
Cathédrale Notre Dame de Paris
Soirée à Paris

I truly love Paris. It is one of the most magical and beautiful cities I've been to. Going through all the pictures, I remember how much fun I had that day and how much I miss it.
I miss France.

Born Pretty Store review: m76 Stamping Plate

Hi again,

For today I'm gonna show you a mani done with Born Pretty Store stamp template m76.

When I was away in France I really got into stamping, since it was easy way to make my nails look more special. And that craze still haven't left me.

Polishes used:
Flomar 234 (yellowish-orangeish)
Flomar 382 (hot pink)

And here's both items the people of Born Pretty Store sent me - stamping plate and silver square studs
(For studs, check this post here)

I really like all the stamps on the plate, especially the one I used on my ring finger. :)

The code, BKL91 is still available. With that you will get 10% off from your order in the Born Pretty Store.

And another great news is that Born Pretty Store Valentine's day activities are here!

Stripe, stripe, stripe...

Lately it's been typical that I have no certain plan for doing my nails.. I just take some polishes and pretty much wing it.

These are one of those nails.
Polishes used:
H&M Nude
H&M Copper (dark brown)
KIKO Mint Milk (light blue/greenish)
Flomar 381 (pink)

It turned out pretty well this time, at least in my opinion. :)

A New Start

It's been a month since my last blogpost, but things will change now.

I'm back from France, where I spent the best 4 months and I'm planning on jumping back to the blogging-wagon. I have a lot of things stored up - manis, reviews and posts about my travels.

So, let's give this year a great start. :)
