Nautical Nails

Nautical themed nails were on my "must-do" list for a long time, but I finally did it.

Polishes used: H&M White
ARTDECO #305
YSL Blue
YSL Gold

I put the top coat on too soon, so it smudged everything. I was so disappointed. I really liked how everything turned out, but then the top coat ruined it all!

Pin It Now!

I only saw the smudges because you mentioned them. I know how you feel, it's very disappointing, but remember that it'll be mainly yourself that notice the smudged :)
I like the mani btw. It's very cool.

So cute! Love the gold tip on the accent nail!! I haaate when the lines smudge! Sometimes the next day I'll go back and touch it up a bit and then wait an hour or so and add another layer of top coat.

I found the best top coat for not smudging nail art is Seche Vite, it's the one I always use if I'm not sure about the smudginess of a design, maybe give it a go!
