I'm Back!

I'm back-ish! I've got only one more exam to go and then I'm off for this summer. I seriously can't wait!

Anyways, here's one of my latest "creations".
I used Manhattan 78T  (the blue-greenish color) and Artristry in Luster (gold/bronze).

And again the same old tissue paper technique.

I actually received a few mails asking how to do it, so I was wondering maybe I should do a tutorial? It's really easy to do, but maybe the tutorial would be helpful..

What do you all think?

Plain Gold

Exams have taken its toll - I don't even have time to draw anything on my nails.
So here's a plain one - YSL Gold.
I really like how it looks, but I still would've wanted to add something, like a pattern or stamping.

Continuing on the exam topic - I'm afraid I won't be able to follow my regular schedule. I just don't have the time nor material. :(
I'll get back on track when all this is over.

Blue & Metallic

Colors used:
Maybelline mini Colorama Electric Blue
Manhattan High Tech Nail Polish #107N.

I used the tissue paper technique again - it's so simple, but I love the pattern it creates. :)

It was supposed to be gradient, but the pink was too light and didn't show up very well.

I used two Flomar polishes - 234 (yellow-ish one) and 381 (light pink).

I actually really like the result and it fits my skintone as well. :)

I Love Lilac

No nail art?!
Yep. I've been so busy with my studies that I don't even have time to do nail art. :(

This is one of my favourite polishes - Evelin Holograffic Shine in Lilac. It just fits my skin tone so well and it looks amazing in sunlight.

Like I mentioned few lines back, I'm really busy with my studies, the finals are starting and even though I try to keep up with my posting schedule (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday), I don't know if I can.
But I will try and give my best.

Pink & Gold Holo

Polishes used:
Sally Hansen Insta Dri Fast Drying Nail Color in Speedy Sunburst
Evelin Holograffic Shine

Again I used the paper tissue technique. It kinda reminds cracked polish, but when you look closer, you can see it's different.

And right after I took the pictures I broke my nail, great, right?

I've been using the paper tissue technique quite a lot recently, since it's so easy and the results look great. :)

The Hunger Games (picture heavy)

Bit late, but bandwagon, here I come - The Hunger Games mani.

I went to see it about three weeks ago, and this mani is about two weeks old, but I didn't got around posting it.

This Maybelline Express Finish Black Graphite is also new for me. It's really beautiful black with microglitter.
For the flames I used O.P.I Designer... De Better and for the mockingjay YSL Gold and the same O.P.I one.

I loved the movie and I enjoyed wearing this mani. :)
