Who Lives In A Pineapple Under The Sea?

It's SpongeBob  SquarePants!

A friend gave me SpongeBob mani challenge and I think I did an okay job.

Thumb and pinky: 2 coats of Wild and Crazy Super Star, stamp from plate m30
Plankton: 1 coat of H&M White and my green-ish franken, black, white and red acrylic paint
Patrick:  Lumene Natural Code #5 Be Cool, black, white and red acrylic paint
SpongeBob: Mereneid's yellow polish, the green dots are mix of the same yellow and blue I used on my thumb, black, white and red acrylic paint.

I'm really loving doing cartoon characters.
Who else should I try and do?

Pink on Pink

Base - one coat of Sally Hansen Insta Dri Fast Drying Nail Color in Speedy Sunburst
On top, I used pink Depend Crackle Effect.

Pretty girly, but I really like how these two pinks look together.

Pink & Bows

I used one coat of Sally Hansen Beige Blast and two coats of Essie Virgin Orchid.
I used black acrylic paint to do the bows and then put on the rhinestones.

I was super happy with the result, it looked simple, but really pretty.
Anyways, I hope you all have a nice weekend! :)

Peridot & Stellar Shell

I admit, I've been lazy lately and haven't done much nail art, so here are the latest two manis.

First one - Chanel Péridot
It might as well be called Liquid Love, I love it that much!

And here's the second one
I used one coat of H&M Brown and two coats of Nivea Beauté Flex & Strong with Bamboo in Stellar Shell.

And on a totally different note - I just saw The Hunger Games today. It was so good! I haven't read the books yet, but I'm definitely going to, when I have more time.

Any other good movies in the cinema, that I should go and see? :)

I was contacted by KKcenterhk and they asked if I'd be interested in reviewing their nail water decals or stamping plates.
My pick was this m30 stamping plate - SPPMM30

The plate itself looked like this. I really like all the images (ergo, why I picked this plate)
The stamping plate can be purchased in KKCenterhk for USD$5.05.

For the gradient I used Mereneid's yellow nail polish
Wild and Crazy Baffin Bay (peach-orange)
Wild and Crazy Angelica (reddish-orange)
and a little bit of Miyo Mini Drop No 30 (pink)
For the stamping I used Wild and Mild Black Cat.

Also, until January 31st 2013 you can use coupon code sannuk to get 10% off.

Flower Tips

Base: 2 coats of Sally Hansen's Beige Blast
Flowers: H&M's Light Purple & O.P.I DS Extravagance

It didn't come out as well as I wanted, but I still kinda like it.
Maybe I'll give it a second try.

What do you think of this design? :)

This is one of my new favorites:
Sally Hansen Gem Crush in Bling-tastic.
For the base I used one coat of Wild and Crazy Super Star.
One coat of Bling-tastic & with flash
Two coats & with flash
Two coats & under a light
Two coats & in a natural light

Overall - this is one of the sparkliest and prettiest polishes I own.
And after 6 days it had minimal tip-wear.
It came off horribly, but I still love it.
